Each contractor is responsible for the quality, timing, pricing, and performance of its own work, and for complying with all applicable laws, licenses, and insurance requirements.
3. No Guarantee of Availability
Installer availability is not guaranteed. Whether a contractor is available to take a job in your area depends on that contractor's own capacity and schedule. FieldHalo does not guarantee that a contractor will be found or that any particular request will result in a completed installation.
4. Contractor Pricing
Installation pricing is determined independently by each contractor and may vary by job, location, and scope of work. Quotes, estimates, and any other pricing information are provided solely by the contractor. FieldHalo does not set or control contractor pricing.
5. Contractor Listings
Contractor listings on FieldHalo may be reviewed, approved, suspended, or removed at FieldHalo's discretion. A listing does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of a contractor's work. Customers should confirm credentials and expectations directly with any contractor before hiring.
6. No Affiliation With Starlink or SpaceX
FieldHalo Installation Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized representative of Starlink or SpaceX. Starlink and SpaceX are trademarks of their respective owners. This website is an independent contractor-finder service.
7. Customer Conduct
By using this website, you agree not to misuse the service, submit false information, attempt to interfere with the site, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldHalo Installation Network is not liable for damages arising out of your use of the website or any interaction you have with an independent contractor found through the service, including damage to property or injury arising from installation work.
